David Adams

Community Director

David Adams serves as the Community Director at InspireKids Behavioral Health, where he leads outreach and partnership development with schools, pediatric providers, and community organizations. His focus is on ensuring that children and families are connected to the behavioral health services and supports they need.

David brings more than 20 years of experience working with school communities to support students facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with educators, administrators, and families to strengthen social-emotional development, improve behavior management strategies, and promote positive student outcomes. At InspireKids, David works closely with referral partners across the community to build strong collaboration and ensure children receive timely, coordinated care.

Jack Tabbush

Executive Director

As the Executive Director of InspireKids Behavioral Health, Jack is passionate about helping children build the emotional and behavioral skills they need to thrive at home, in school, and in their communities.

At InspireKids, Jack leads the organization’s vision and works closely with schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure families have access to high-quality, compassionate behavioral health support for their children.
Before founding InspireKids, Jack worked in national early childhood education leadership and previously directed therapeutic camp programs for children living with chronic illness, supporting families across the United States.

Amber Elzer

Clinical Director

As the Clinical Director at InspireKids, Amber brings a wealth of experience in mental health care, clinical supervision, and program development. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University and a strong background in community-based services, Amber is dedicated to fostering a high standard of care tailored to children and families.

Throughout her career, Amber has led clinical teams, developed evidence-based treatment programs, and improved agency operations to enhance service delivery. Her leadership has focused on increasing compliance, streamlining client processes, and strengthening partnerships to ensure accessible, high-quality mental health and developmental support.

At InspireKids, Amber strives to create a nurturing and effective therapeutic environment where children and families receive the care they need to thrive. She is committed to clinical excellence, staff development, and innovative programming that supports the growth and well-being of every child we serve at InspireKids.
